The Socratic Method

           I recently read an article called "The Socratic Method" and I'm going to give my thoughts on it. First lets start off with the fact that this article is giving and example of a way a teacher teaches the class. In the article a story is being told of a teacher that has a conversation with one of his students. This conversation is about whether having a high status is worth it or not. Both the teacher and the student keep going back and forth. The teacher stating why the student shouldn't be wishing high status and the student arguing about why he wants to achieve high status. This conversation later ends with the teacher basically saying the its not that important achieving high status because tomorrow could be your last day.
