Young Goodman Brown

I think Hawthorne just wrote the story to have something to entertain his audience. I think Stephen King was so affected by this because it might have reminded him of something he might have gone through that has similar to what happened in the story. We cant really know to much about people because I believe everyone has 2 sides to them. Also the power of our imagination is really fascinating.
