So This Guy Goes For A Walk

I think Ray Bradbury wrote "The Pedestrian" maybe because he wanted to make a point. The point I think he was trying to make was that the police can sometimes take advantage of the power they are given. The reason I say this is because of the way they arrested Leonard. They literally just came up to him because I guess they saw him suspicious from the walk he was taking. What happened to him made the tone feel like it was sad and depressing. The character seemed serious and calm.
